Oppose. This character is not the only thing named Live Wire, and I'd doubt he's the most notable (for example, there's an influential Motley Crue song by that name, as well as another DC Comics character from the Superman animated series). --HBK 00:43, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The DC animated character is "Livewire", no space or caps (remember, wikilinks are case-sensitive, so Live wire and Live Wire are not the same page). What's the capitalisation of the song? - SoM 10:40, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose moving it back to "Live Wire" since there are other uses, which also means "Live Wire" should redir to the livewiredab page, not the comic. Moving it to Live Wire (comics) seems like a possiblity per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (comics), but the similarity of Livewires makes a case for Live Wire (DC Comics) being the least ambiguous choice.

Again, case-sensitivity. I don't see anyone arguing that Red dwarf and Red Dwarf should be moved to Red dwarf (star) and Red Dwarf (TV) respectively. - SoM 10:40, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Obviously oppose. I don't particularly care for moving it to Live Wire (comics), despite my utter dislike of referring to characters by media. However, there are clearly other things called Live Wire, like Live Wire (film) and the Moyley Crue song. --Apostrophe 19:28, 24 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
