It also says right on his talk page that he is that user. Someone asks him if he's the one that got kicked out of Hebrew Wikipedia because he wrote about porn stars, and asked "is it you that wrote to me that gilgamesh (a sysop) is a dirty dictator?", to which he responds "yes, it is me" and says "notice that here I am treated with respect", to which the user responds "I noticed, definitely weird."
