David, I just wanted to let you know that I fully support every word you've said regarding the recent global tragedy in the Indian Ocean region. Please feel free to make use of the screen captures I've uploaded this evening, and may you have a happy and safe new year. —RaD Man (talk) 02:05, 1 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Jimbo's talk page[edit]

Just a quick correction for your comment on Jimbo's talk page - I'm female. Sorry that's not very clear on my user page. -- sannse (talk) 11:44, 1 Jan 2005 (UTC)

I replied on Sannse's talk page. — DV 19:20, 1 Jan 2005 (UTC)

The whole donation issue[edit]

I want to apologize for any acrimony my remarks may have caused. Regardless of our personal opinions on the matter, there's no need to have a cold war over something we both consider a good cause. Yes, I am capable of arguing every side, and I will often do it, even if just for my own benefit. Keep in mind that arguments cannot come to life and hurt people — only the people themselves can do that. I consider it one of Wikipedia's great strengths that we can talk about anything, especially about opinions that are not popular. Now that the link is on the main page, I'll be the last person to complain about it. Be well. JRM 14:19, 2005 Jan 1 (UTC)
