Untitled[edit]

The wiki-link to coldest place on earth is inappropiate. It would be appropiate if it would link to an article about cryogenics or articificially creating coldness, but coldestplace on earth is a redirect to Climate of Antarctica. Because of that, I removed the link. It would be OK to link to something about scientific coldness, however. Gerritholl 19:01, 14 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Nobel Prize[edit]

I believe his Nobel Prize was awarded for his work in cryogenics and the liquidification of helium, although there seems to be some ambiguity out there about this. However, the article seems to imply that it was directly for his discovery of superconductivity, even though the quote seems counter to that. 209.65.56.40 (talk) 02:43, 19 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
