Chemical Breaks should be renamed into Big Beat, mention people like Fatboy Slim and DJ Scissorkicks and have no reference to Mr. Oizo, who's got nothing to do with this genre (he's more likely to be classified, if applicable, into Abstract or Experimental Hip Hop)

I agree. I never heard this term, although I have been familiar with this type of music (including all the artists mentioned) for years.
I just googled "Chemical breaks" - among the first 60 hits only about 10 are about music, and more than half of them derive from this wp entry.
"chemical breaks" fatboy "chemical brothers" - 15 hits, 9 of them derived from wp.
"big beat" fatboy chemical.brothers - 5570 hits.
