This guy died in 1812 but was head of a political party which wasn't formed until 1929? He died while Mexico was still ruled by Spain but was founder of a republican party? Hoax? RickK 23:40, Nov 12, 2004 (UTC)

  • Article as it stands looks useless. A quick Google search suggests that there is at least one moderately famous person with this name. Anyone feel like sorting it out? If not, just delete. -- Jmabel | Talk 02:49, Nov 13, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, and possibly speedy delete for patent nonsense: twice in the article it gives his death before the independence of Mexico and throughout talks about his activities as a PRI member. It's not just a typo: it's nonsense. Geogre 02:49, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • May it rest in peace. (It's a shame though, I got a good laugh out of it.) Eric 10:29, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • delete unless verifiable. anthony 警告 20:46, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
