This should eventually redirect to service economy, since the concept of a service product is generic and defined in Ecological Intelligent Design, Natural Capitalism, Zero Waste methods, and other service-centric ecological engineering approaches. But it's only actually explained in EID right now, which focuses on this as one of three key types of product, so the EID explanation will probably eventually become the generically accepted one.
