Fair use rationale for Image:OzzyOsbourneSpeakOfTheDevil.jpg[edit]

Image:OzzyOsbourneSpeakOfTheDevil.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Type of Album[edit]

Since Ozzy was (and still is) in Sabbath, I wouldn't really call this a cover album, or tribute album for that matter, but rather a live one. I'll wait to see what others think before I change it. Sposato (talk) 01:20, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Live or Not Live?!?[edit]

Just got Talk of the Devil on vinyl (the british version is much superior) and on the back cover it clearly states "Live Sound by Chuck Weisner" so this explains they added the live sound to the album. But it's strange, cause Ozzy sounds like he's playing a live gig. Go figure... It's odd Brad Gillis is on it, cause I'm waiting for Ozzy to cover "Don't Tell Me You Love Me". 24.68.50.33 (talk) 01:41, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It means he was in charge of sound at the show. Most likely running the sound board. WOW. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.214.250.194 (talk) 17:37, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

out of print[edit]

this album is seemingly out of print unfortunately, and can’t be purchased in itunes. i’d love to hear one of the other live recordings from this period with gillis playing randy’s songs. but would like even more to hear more live material with rhoads-as we all know it exists as per bob daisley 2601:482:4280:B10:F411:1EE4:8DDB:E0C0 (talk) 14:01, 3 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
