Grammar fixing[edit]

*All Ball lived with Koko until he escaped from her cage and was run over by a car in December of that year.

This sentence could use some restructuring. Although he refers to All Ball, it's hard to tell since the pronoun Koko confuses this fact slightly. -- AllyUnion (talk) 01:25, 6 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Stub?[edit]

Does this need to be a stub? It isn't that long, but that is about all there is to say about him. Maybe someone knows aho old AB was, but a full article doesn't need everything. I'm just asking because I don't want it to seem like a full article when it isn't. Howabout1 21:48, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Gorilla rhymes[edit]

Did Koko pick the name 'All Ball' for her cat because it rhymes? Sign language doesn't 'rhyme', per se, but when the good Dr. talked to Koko it rhymed. Did Koko recognise this? (13 March 2005)

This is not really something that could be answered by anyone other than Koko, and - the question of how adept her language skills really are aside - I don't think she's ever been taught the concept of "words that rhyme". I speculate that the term may have been Koko's reaction to the kitten's lack of a tail and thus having a more rounded overall shape; or perhaps her attempt to state that the curled-up kitten was all balled up. Or it could have been mere babbling. LeoO3 20:50, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
