If the article on Baron Dudley is to be believed, none of the details here are correct. Deb 17:08, 12 Jun 2004 (UTC)

I've now amended the dates, added a table, and removed the rest of the data, which must have applied to another member of the family. That's the best I can do. Deb 17:52, 12 Jun 2004 (UTC)

There is still something severely wrong with the descendants. I have removed the following text:

They had at last one child, Ann Sutton, who married Richard Eltonhead (1582-1664). Anne and Richard's daughter, Alice (1627-1685) married Henry Corbin. They had a daughter, Laetitia (1657-1706) who married Sir Richard Lee (1644-1714).

I am not sure whether this refers to the subject of the article, but I think it does not. The usual view is that there was one child, a son Edward, who had a daughter Frances, who was her grandfather's heir. Peterkingiron 22:19, 6 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the description 'stub' and the 'unreferenced' template. However I may have used some genalogical information that does not appear in my article, whcih I have cited as the source.Peterkingiron

I have again reviewed the validity of the disputed passage. Edward Lord Dudley did have a legitimate daughter Anne, but she married John Minhardt Count of Schomberg and died in childbirth not long after: H. S. Grazebrooke, 'The Barons of Dudley' Staffs. Hist. Coll. IX(2), 113. Peterkingiron 12:41, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
