Now if this is a well established hoax in the real world, then it may qualify for a Wikipedia article but please write it in proper Wikipedia style. How to link an image to the source[edit]

Hi, I saw that you have problems with linking the image, that you've uploaded, to its source. This is mostly the problem of notices you received after you have uploaded them. When you have uploaded them, in the summary section of the image page, you can create a link like this:

The sites offer readers a lot more info not available on Wikipedia. Images, info etc given to me by Government bodies, organizations, education sector, private sector and people who have contributed to the projects. For example I added my link on cyberjaya as it has maps etc which were given to me by a government company. What I link to is aslways educational, supplementary to the articles on wikipedia. The Flags of the World Database is much more reliable than a lot of info on wikipedia as it has professionals in the field of Vexillology. (Frankly it's a whole lot more reliable than the "Evolution of Man" theories which are forced upon us despite there being lack of supportive evidence - missing links etc.).

As you can see from the below link, the British Arctic Territory was setup by Clay Moss, (advisor to the former governor of one of the states in the US during the modifications of a few US state flags). He is on the committee of the Flags of the World Database.

Hi - I came across you user page when I was following a thread elsewhere. While user pages do not have the same rules as elsewhere on Wikipedia the section "Prejudices and Biased Editors" looks rather less than civil to me. Equally those of us who do not wish to do so do not use our real names on line.

I have therefore removed part of that section & I would ask you to respect the privacy of those of us who prefer that. Wikipedia & collaborative working take a little while to get used to and we all bring to it benefits from our real lives. However we also need to take care that we do not bring aspects that may well be seen as rather POV too. Please do remember that your user page is not yours, you are allowed to use it courtesy of the Foundation and that applies to us all.

Ever since I started working on Wikis I found I preferred the transparency of on wiki communication & I rarely use email.

Working collaborative can be rather strange (as you have found). Not only do we have policies but we also have interpretations of policies and our own personal views of them & how they should be interpreted.

You pointed out that work of yours was removed and/or deleted. Looking above however it is clear that it is not just the two editors you mentioned on your user page that you have had difficulties with. In the end you may need to spend some time looking at that.

In passing I do find it a little odd that you have "Prejudices and Biased Editors" section while also having links to websites that you are involved with on both this page & your user page. This approach seems to me to draw attention to your interest in external sites (it is what caught my eye when I came across it). It is possible that the combination of the two (the links & the section) may point people towards an opinion of your interests which may not be correct. That also may be worth some thought. Fair use rationale for Image:Dalat.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Dalat.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Any of the pics uploaded by me were taken by me not others. I uploaded my pics and have added the appropriate tags and have even stated that they are free to be used on commercial/non commercial sites, non sites. They need only credit EJRS.COM for the images.EJRS 03:09, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
