Thanks for the fix on Gastropub. I walked past the Eagle today, if I'd had my camera I'd have taken a photo. Edward 17:25, 2005 Jan 7 (UTC)

Roti prata/Roti Canai[edit]

Hi, I noticed you merged the two articles into one. Although I can see why you do it, I have to point out that merging the information together has led to some factual errors. For example, the consuption patterns of the dish in Singapore is not always the same as in Malaysia. Similarly, the dish has evolved in ways which are increasingly different in both countries...you dont exactly find "chocolate prata" easily in Malaysia for one.--Huaiwei 23:05, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I'm actually not familiar with these fine differences. Thanks for pointing them out. Perhaps the best thing to do would be to have two subheadings under "roti canai/roti prata", one for "Malaysia" and another for "Singapore". Would you like to do this? The problem with having two separate articles is that a lot of the information was repeated unnecesarilly in both. honeydew 09:07, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Sembawang[edit]

I went to bed last night after my initial paring down of the Sembawang article and didn't have a chance to continue cleanup -- I just wanted to say thanks, for correcting some of my excesses and contributing to the article's improvement. Michael Jackson on Grass Jelly[edit]

I asked a question re: sourcing for the Michael Jackson claim on Grass jelly drink. It's a weird world full of improbable details like this, so I can believe it is true but would like to see a link added to back it up. Cheers! Kit 10:59, 15 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Author (disambiguation), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- JHunterJ 12:50, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Template:MRT locator map left requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{tranclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 16:12, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Perspective (pharmacoeconomic) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Amit (talk) 18:42, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Please claim your upload(s): File:Accademia bridge.JPG[edit]

Hi, Thank you, for uploading this file.

However, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure all media on English Wikipedia is correctly licensed and attributed it would be appreciated if you were able to confirm some details,

If it's your own work, please include {{own}}, amend the {{information}} added by a third party, and change the license to an appropriate "self" variant. You can also add |claimed=yes to the {{media by uploader}} or {{presumed_self}} tag if it is present to indicate that you've acknowledged the image, and license shown (and updated the {{information}} where appropriate).

If it's not your own work please provide as much sourcing/authorship information as you are able to.

It would also be appreciated if you could "claim" or update the source and licensing on other media you uploaded, You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

This will assist those reviewing the many many "free" images on commons that have not yet been transferred to Commons. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 20:12, 18 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
