I want to change the receipt section. In that section they show the sales of each main series pokemon game but for some uknown reason they are not including Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearls sales, and also not showing Pokemon Legends Arceus sales. e-Reader - gen 2 or gen 3?

The Pokemon e-Reader cards are briefly mentioned as a spinoff game under gen 2, but I've always thought of them as gen 3. Granted, the first three Pokemon "e" sets were printed back when the cards were still being printed by by Wizards of the Coast, and they were released before Ruby and Sapphire and they featured only gen 1 and gen 2 Pokemon, so I suppose these could arguably be classed as gen 2, BUT this would have been on the tail end of gen 2, after the Pokemon series had already begun to head in a different direction (stylistically) in the mode of gen 3. (I consider "Neo Destiny" and the "Legendary Collection" series to be the last cards of the gen 2 era, while the "e" series I guess would mark the beginning of gen 3.)

Regardless, I see no mention of e-Reader cards under gen 3, even though some of them are uniquivocally gen 3. (Everything from "EX Ruby & Sapphire" onwards is gen 3. Please remove the "Premake" column in the video game chart as it has no meaning. It's a new story that sees the protagonist be sent back in time from the present day. Pokemon Legends: Arceus follows the events of the Diamond and Pearl remakes, so it is a direct sequel to that while also being a prequel in the context of the timeline. 108.39.76.245 (talk) 15:00, 13 December 2023 (UTC)

 Note: I'm specifically leaving this open to maintain its visibility, but I think it's a good request that should be implemented. I would implement myself, but I do not know where to place Pokemon Legends: Arceus in the chart.

The "premake" (or "pre-make") term seems to only trace to the company's promotional literature (news articles that reference it specifically quote developers when using the term) and I cannot find the term in any other circumstances. See: [1][2][3][4]

In the referenced promotional material "pre-make" appears to be a play on the term that occurs in the sentence before it: "remake". See: [5]

 Note: I've taken some time to figure out just what to call Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Best I can tell, it is an "interquel". This is the only online quality source I could find about interquels: [6]. Most of the few RSes used in the WP page for "sequel" about this specific subject are unfortunately physical (see that page's paragraph about midquel, which describes the two types of midquels). Wictionary is a poor source, but wictionary's definition of interquel does support this use. So does this blog: [7]. And finally, there is WP Category:Interquel video games.

If no one objects, then I'll rename the column "Interquel titles", and wikilink to the section of sequel that discusses interquels. I'll also add the interquel video game category to the game's WP page.
