Would it be appropriate to start a page to help people learn to SPEAK Mandarin? I am less interested in reading and writing Mandarin. The page could list available resources and offer tips.

I think it would be helpful to know if there are resources available that could be used to learn Mandarin while driving in an automobile. That is, to identify resources that relied solely on CDs or audiotapes (and did not require a computer or textbook) so that the materials could be studied while driving and would not take up any extra time.

Would it be appropriate to start such a page? I am trying to learn Mandarin and would find such a page very helpful since I am having difficulty finding audio-only resources.
