Wikipedia talk:Requests for arbitration/LevelCheck/Proposed decision

LevelCheck's disruptive editing has not stopped even after this arbitration request was brought--see his changes to Jumbo shrimp, for example [1] or his more recent inappropriate Vfd nominations.
