Something[edit]

I'm not exactly certain when Everman was born. In a 1990 radio interview when he was touring with Soundgarden, Everman himself says he is 26 years old, therefore I assume 1964 is his year of birth. Yours sincerely and respectfully, --Cormac Canales 21:47, 27 Aug 2004 (UTC)

A possible future source of information[edit]

This article from the Daily Mail could possibly be used for adding additional information in the future. I've archived that page here in case the original goes dead.--Rockfang (talk) 19:38, 3 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Evergreen Didn't Have a 24 Track[edit]

The largest recording studio at The Evergreen State College in 1989 had an Ampex MM-1200 2" 16-track reel to reel. It also had a sweet API 2488 mixing board and some killer reverb plates mounted under the floor.

I know this because I did a ton of recording in that studio in those years. So, it's original research and can't be cited on Wikipedia. Feh.

quit, or fired?[edit]

The Soundgarden article says they fired him from the band. Which is accurate? One or the other article must be corrected. 50.111.47.220 (talk) 21:38, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This article says he was kicked out too. The lead in to the Soundgarden section just says "after he left"... presumably after someone is fired from a band they leave and go elsewhere. The Master ---)Vote Saxon(--- 02:05, 24 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why does this person have a Wikipedia page?[edit]

He's not notable in any significant way. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dispersing (talkcontribs) 04:18, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Really? Non notable people aren't typically the subjects of feature articles in the New York Times. EnPassant♟♙ (talk) 21:15, 28 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, non-notable people are written about all of the time. Besides, this response is appealing to an authority instead of responding to his insignificance. I've known tons of people with pages taken down who have done significantly more and far more accomplished than him. Dispersing (talk) 02:59, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you think he doesn't warrant an article then the quickest way to resolve that is submitting it for a deletion discussion. Opining on the talk page about it won't accomplish anything productive. EnPassant♟♙ (talk) 04:11, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The dude was in one of the most notable grunge rock bands of all time. Professional musicians are typically notable in some fashion…he was also a war hero some would say. You are a hater. 2603:800C:3807:6AC7:45C4:17C8:C33B:1B2A (talk) 03:54, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

NCO Professional Development Ribbon[edit]

He probably had to do at least one NCO course 2601:58C:100:12E0:BCAA:4C76:9166:EDC3 (talk) 01:45, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ranger scroll vs tab[edit]

His awards include the Ranger tab but this is not correct. The yellow Ranger tab is for someone who went to Ranger school, but he actually was a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment (source: him in interviews, the NYT profile), which is different and has a different award, called the Ranger Scroll. I'd fix it but don't know how. Traxan (talk) 22:59, 26 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

He also completed ranger school so the tab is warranted. 2603:800C:3807:6AC7:45C4:17C8:C33B:1B2A (talk) 03:51, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
