Vinco is such a small town. Maybe some one should make some suggestions...not that it's not a nice place, but 26.3% of the households in Vinco have children under 18, and there is no recreational facility for them. Lately, the number of children from ages 10-18 hanging around the senior citizens center have been increasing. BY THE WAY why is it long distance for us to pay for long distance when we call people in Ebensburg??? But not for them when they call us>>? they are the ones with the cash flow!
