Eitri is more commonly known as Sindri. If I was to search for the brother of Brok or the maker of Mjolnir, it would never have occurred to me to search for Eitri - the search word should be Sindri! Yes, I know Sindri is also the name of a hall of red gold. If you know the ethymological meaning of Sindri, you would know that the name and its many meanings is perfect both for a blacksmith and a hall of gold. Sindri is a common name in Iceland and Norway. In Norway however, the modern form is Sindre.

Also - why is this article Poland-related?

Brokkr should be spelled Brokk (naming conventions)[edit]

Brok and Brokkr are not the correct English spellings of Brokk. I recommend it be changed. My source can be found here:

Marvel Comics?[edit]

I don't think we should have a Marvel Comics section by its lonesome. "In popular culture" should suffice for when mythological entities are used in other media. Further, biographical details about the pop culture version should be reserved for their own article, if they warrant one. LordQwert (talk) 20:23, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
