Advertisement for Investors?[edit]
This article reads like an advertisement for investors and is clearly lacking NPOV as well as leaving out important historical information, for example: "While the province has had our share of bad publicity due to the wars in the past years, Cotabato is slowly making a mark as a province that can offer a positive investment climate and a sound business opportunity to those who choose to put their money here."58.69.75.63 (talk) 03:57, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
