Student exchanges are not always foreign. Many student exchanges occur within the boundaries of a single country.
- And foreign is relative.
Reasons to merge[edit]
We can put "foreign exchange" in "student exchange" under "foreign exchange". It makes it more comprehensive. And less confusing to readers.
Exchange student[edit]
It is also less confusing to readers if you sign your comments. ;)
