Caraga, the Town
Caraga is said to be the oldest town in Mindanao. However, just recently, many claim to be the oldest. being one of the true children of caraga, i know by heart that our town was discovered by Spaniards which can be proved by the town's firm Catholicism. in fact, we celebrated our centennial celebration when i was still a toddler. it was 1984 that our parich church and townfolks' faith turned 100 years old. people here basically know everybody. life is simple, no comlexities, whatever. it's great place as nature enrich the whole town. mountains borders, facing Pacific Ocean with excellent white sand that stretched through its villages. im proud to say that anybody can enjoy the quite life here in Caraga.
