Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Presbyterian Church (USA)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Someone has deleted the article and then replaced it with the offending, biased article. This should not be tolerated. Zantastik 04:31, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)

This is my first entry into Wikipedia so please excuse me if I get this wrong. Zantastik mentions a article that was deleted and replaced by the current. Is there any way to read the previous article?

I am going to make a post to the discussion page with some of my impressions regarding the current article. --PresbyPaul 19:29, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Comment: I'm not sure exactly what happened, but it appears that someone did a cut and paste move of the article from Presbyterian Church USA to Presbyterian Church (USA). Since the original article had been listed on VfD, Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Presbyterian Church USA, the same text showed up in the copied article under the new name--then Zantastik clicked on the link in the VfD header and created this article (which is NOT the same subpage that is listed on VfD). I have no idea about the prior history of the article and have no comment about any bias that may or may not be in the article. And this is not a vote. I would expect there should be an article about the Presbyterian Church in the USA. olderwiser 21:15, Dec 14, 2004 (UTC)
