To Horizontal Line or not to Horizontal Line

Hi,

why did you remove the horizontal lines from Robert Trujillo article ? It looks better with them.

• Because horizontal lines should be used to separate distinct meanings of a term within an article and in this case there is only one meaning. Different sections about the same meaning should use section headers. For example look at Ozzy Osbournes page, it has horizontal lines because the article has been split into sections.
