Article is at best a transfer to wikibooks. That or plain delete for being non-encyclopedic. Lyellin 12:16, Jul 30, 2004 (UTC)

  • I would agree with the above. I have a 1920's encyclopedia that essentially has the recipe for making nitrocellulose. I think this article is a valuable source doc that should be kept in wikibooks. - Taxman 14:40, Jul 30, 2004 (UTC)
