In a nutshell

Interesting edits I've come across:
- In reference to the Georgia Guidestones bombing of 2022: "It was a cat." One of several edits linked to the U.S. Congress.
Some recent interests:
- improving management of content timeliness
- locating WP:EASTEREGG links with a user script
- toying around with a new FAQ system for capturing local consensus on talk pages.
- some kind of hacky diff template
I wrote:
- Article Quality (AQ) Fetcher - a user script to stylize article links according to the quality of the target article.
- Template:AnnotatedListOfLinks - a template to tidy up "See also" sections by rapidly applying the
{{Annotated link}}
template where appropriate.

News and updates for administrators from the past month (April 2024).
- Phase I of the 2024 requests for adminship review has concluded. The proposals for creating a discussion-only period on a trial basis (2), administrator elections on a trial basis (13), and creating tenure requirements for candidates (25) and participants (14) have all passed outright, and will now proceed to the implementation phase. The proposals for creating a reminder of civility norms (2), administrator recall (16 and 16c), putting named administrators and bureaucrats on call (17), requiring links for claims of specific policy violations (9b), and creating a better mentoring system (24) have all passed, but will undergo further refinement in phase II before proceeding to implementation. Proposals that have passed outright, but on a trial basis, will be discussed at phase II after their trials have concluded.
- The arbitration case Conflict of interest management has been closed.
- This may be a good time to reach out to potential nominees to ask if they would consider a run.
