I am a teacher and amateur astronomer. I work at Sean's Astronomy Shop in Battle Ground, Washington, USA. I am the webmaster, programmer, and instructor, and sometimes I sell telescopes, too. I've built two telescopes and currently use a my 10-inch (diameter) Dobsonian style scope when it stops raining long enough. I wrote the eyepiece_lens page in December, 2004. (It was as stub at the time.) I may not be responsible for later mangling!
I haven't been working on WP for almost a year. I was wanting to contribute to free and open source projects since I use many of them. I'm not a really GOOD programmer though, and I thought WP was a good way to help. It still is, but with my limited free time, I've been working on artwork for the OpenClipart library instead. I will work some more at WP if (when!) I have more free time.
