relationship with christianity[edit]

in the paragraph leading up to reference 20, there's some confusion around the relationship between mormonism and "christianity" is the trinity…could the reason this is confusing to the authors be because of this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arianism ? maybe "christianity" don't deal with heresy the same way since the reformation, and most of the big protestant mobs that came from that didn't have much of a focus on the nature of the trinity?
