soul kitch was a pseudonym used to protect identity in an electronically meditated asynchronous communication environment. Some on-line writers, who often tag own their on-line work with psuedonymic names, disparage psuedonyms as "sock-puppets" or "trolls". Contributors who identify other contributors as sock-puppets and trolls may be monitored to discern whether they have any actual interest in content of the articles in which they interject such aspersions.
