Victor had came back to save his daughters and other children from being sucked into a Ice-Cream truck that was meant for demonic children. After Prue had forgiven him, he told his daughters that he was taking a job that would mean that he gets to live in San Francisco for now on.

Victor was once against Piper's marriage to Leo, their whitelighter, hoping that she would not have to go through heartbreak that went through once. Victor had gave Piper away at her wedding.

Victor went to Prue's funeral, and had later learned that Piper and Phoebe had another sister, Paige.

Victor comes to visit his daughter and grandson from time to time, even when he brought his new wife, Doris, who turned out to be a demon working for a sorcerer who wanted Piper's son. When Chris (from the future), who came to save his brother Wyatt in the past, he spent time with his grandfather, and told him that after Piper's death, that he would come to live with him.

Victor had argued with Grams that Leo would not do anything to harm his sons.
