My name is Tyler Slack which explains my handle only slightly. I have no idea why I chose to append "2000" to it, but now it's stuck, although I have managed to claim 'tslack' on new sites so I'm gradually becoming just first initial last name. How exciting! {sarcasm}

I love to learn new things. I'm a "hands-on" learner; the more I can do the better I learn. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking and the outdoors in general. I also love to edit video and have recently made my hobby into a business. I also blog at Desultory Thoughts and I enjoy that, but who doesn't enjoy blogging these days. It's turned into quite the past time.

Miscellaneous

I was introduced to wiki by my geeky brother several years ago. I'm just now getting geeky enough to be very excited about Wikipedia. I've played in the sandbox and got my feet dirty, so I hope to be able to contribute to what is happening here. Very cool, to say the least.
