Thanks to the author of these article. They look like they contain lots of useful information. A couple of quick requests:

I've done a major rewrite a few months ago - this article is an extension of the immunostaining article with more specific details but it could still use a lot of work on referencing and more about the specific applications of immunoperoxidase staining, for instance. Introduction needs re-writing[edit]

I'm afraid that for a lay person, the introduction contains a lot of words that a lay person could not be expected to know, such as "immunohistochemical" "antigens" "glycoprotein" "polyclonal", which limits its usefulness?--Gak 00:36, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt a lay person would specifically look up immunoperoxidase, so I think a somewhat specialist introduction doesn't seem too out of place. The level of technical knowledge assumed here is not too different for say Binomial coefficient, something no non-specialist math person would directly look up. Considering that all of the key words contain links that define them, I don't see a huge issue.

I'll give it some thought and work out whether there is an efficient and accurate way of describing immunoperoxidase stains. Dr Aaron 10:29, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
