Article's Contribution and Improvement[edit]

I plan on contributing to this article by adding relevant information on Jean Sylvain Bailly along with info on some of the backgrounds of the French Revolution, as well as improving some of the information already provided on the page. However, before any changes are made, I would like to share the sources I will be using and get some feedback on it. I'm sure everyone will be delighted with your contribution. But in the meantime, please note that striking out text in the published article is definitely not the right approach, and particularly striking it out and leaving it that way for weeks as you have. The way to edit is to prepare what you want to do and do it directly (with edit summaries, of course). Striking-out just creates an eyesore.
