The handle Mathsinger relates to my interest in Fractal Art. My perennial interests are in art, biology, and reading. My most recent obsessions have been gardening, fractal art, and family history. I have been a programmer for 20-some-odd years.

I am also a great great great granddaughter of Carl Friedrich Gauss, and maintain a web site of old family letters, papers and photos, The Charles Henry Gauss Family Papers.

As of December, 2007, I have been working on a genealogy of Gauss descendants (and others), an index of Gauss descendants and a Wiki for my rather prodigious collection of family history material.
