Muni Convention[edit]

Seems to be nonsense, though not patent nonsense... --jpgordon 21:39, 2 Oct 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete. That's nonsense all right, but who can argue with "vicious middle school children"? Ian Pugh 22:45, 2 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Don't Delete It's not nonsense, it should be revised, because of the importance the event played that weekend in the City. hayadel 22:52, 2 Oct 2004 (UTC)
    • After reading the news articles again, I'm going to agree that this isn't nonsense, but it's soft news at best. Wikipedia shouldn't cater to every piece of soft news out there. My vote stands. Ian Pugh 23:45, 2 Oct 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: At the same time, there are train fans in New York who attempt the entire subway circuit in 24 hours. That is an accomplishment, since it requires perfect timing to get every mile of track in 24 hours. This is a laudable celebration of the buses, but it's a belch in a hurricane -- just a thing that felt good to the persons who did it but mattered not at all in the wider scheme of things.
