Editing needed for "Personal Life"[edit]

Under the heading "Personal Life," the section ends with the following line "He also has alot of neices and nephews; Daintry Calnan, Chris Calnan, Jake Calnan, Danielle Vazza, Mike Vazza, Ricky Vazza, Ryan Vazza, Nicole Vazza, Heather Vazza, Lauren Vazza. They are awesome!"

Firstly, "alot" should be "a lot." Secondly, the "They are awesome" line sounds unprofessional. Thirdly, I'm not sure what the relevance of his nieces and nephews is to the main point of the story. Azawalli (talk) 06:10, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There's a mention that Drury scored a key goal in USA's win over Canada at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics; Canada won that game. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.1.200.194 (talk) 16:48, 26 June 2012 (UTC) USA defeated Canada in group play, but lost in the Gold medal game.--Mo Rock...Monstrous (leech44) 20:57, 26 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Also, there is a problem with the mention of Winning "State titles" when he was at Thayer Academy, Thayer is not part of standard MIAA leagues since it is a private school, there is no such thing as a "state title" for teams that play in the Independent School League for which Thayer is a part of. Yes, it is sourced, but the source itself is wrong.74.104.160.109 (talk) 21:28, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Trivia[edit]

What, no Swingers reference? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lmeister (talkcontribs) 01:37, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I added something about that pop culture reference, I thought it was worth mentioning as well.--Leech44 (talk) 19:19, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Broadcasting Career[edit]

12/18/08: Is his involvement in "Best Damn Sports Show" still confirmed as current? I would imagine that since he's on the active roster for the Sharks that it might be a bit difficult to be hosting a sports show while being an active, under-contract player. The only referenced material I could find says Roenick only co-hosed two shows. I changed the article to reflect that.--Leech44 (talk) 19:21, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

IGN top ten[edit]

I would remove that, or create a Trivia section or something similar and move it there. It's not an award, it's a top 10 list made by a random (albeit popular) web site. They do these type of top 10 on a weekly basis. I don't think JR career was so lackluster that such a top 10 needs to be glorified in an award section. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lordhong (talkcontribs) 13:50, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Olympic Medals[edit]

The table that shows JR's medal wins (1991 Canada Cup Silver and 2002 Olympic Silver) is titled "Olympic" medals when only one of the two medals is from the Olympics. I don't know how to change this though. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.103.184.76 (talk) 16:28, 13 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

thanks for pointing that out. I have fixed the table so it no longer titled "Olympic" medals.--Mo Rock...Monstrous (leech44) 17:56, 13 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
