During the CheeseDreams debacle, CheeseDreams made a number of requests for comment regarding Theresa knott, Eequor, Jwrosenzweig, Slrubenstein, and John Kenney. All remained uncertified after their 48-hour deadlines, and by RFC policy they should all have been deleted.
At the same time, however, a request for arbitration was developing to assess CheeseDreams' conduct. A number of users felt the requests for comment made by CheeseDreams provided valuable evidence of CheeseDreams' disregard for wikiquette and abuse of policies and guidelines, and felt the pages should remain to provide evidence for the request for arbitration against CheeseDreams, regardless of existing policy.

This section is to determine whether the RfC policies should be changed and, if so, what changes should be made. The following proposals should not be construed as setting policy or establishing precedent; these are only suggestions for how the existing policy should be amended.
This is not a poll. It is intended only to determine the opinions of the Wikipedia community. You may add new suggestions as you like, and please indicate whether you support or oppose particular proposals. Comments should be made on the talk page.
