Too POV to be categorised, especially that there are people placed in that category, which have not been trialed for corruption and as such should be treated as innocent. Also, I don't see a reason to subscribe whole cities to that category - I know what happened in Starachowice, but I bet an average WP user doesn't - and listing the whole city as corrupted just because there were some 4 corrupt politicians does not seem fair to me.
