Does this count as a dictionary entry? (wikipedia_is_not_a_dictionary)

Possibly. Perhaps this sort of comment should be included under another topic, such as Labor law or Labor organization or Labor-managment relations, perhaps as part of a list of labor relations terminology or techniques. Just a suggestion. F. Lee Horn

Salting is the last tool left to organize the unorganized in a climate of anti-union labor law. olivier 10:23 Nov 12, 2002 (UTC)

I think this article has enough meat that it's not just a dictionary entry. It is a useful expansion on labor tactics that don't seem to fit neatly in any of the other related articles. However, I think that we still have some work to do to achieve viewpoint neutrality. The current version presupposes both the "goodness" of unionization and an adversarial relationship between labor and management. While both of these are common, they are not universal. Salting vending machines[edit]

I think there should be something about the practice of injecting salt water into vending machines. Google search. --C7796E2C 17:50, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Salting Mines[edit]

I removed that entry as it was covered under the confidence trick entry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramidel (talkcontribs) 04:19, 11 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Salting a Wikipage[edit]

I learned here that "salting a page" is internet-computer usage. Is that wiki-only (a selfref then), or may I expect a link to an article? -DePiep (talk) 17:58, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
