Not quite the same as common land[edit]

Everyone has the right to graze animals on this land although few people now do so. That's common land - not quite the same thing. Naturenet 09:50, 6 Feb 2005 (UTC)

A village green is NOT especially at the center of a village[edit]

A village green (or rather maybe called village square) is NOT especially at the centre of a village, but rather at the edge(brink) of a (early)small rural settlement ... that is why brinks in the Netherlands have the name brink -> https://www.naarzuidlaren.nl/zien/de-7-brinken/ see also -> https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q57743 ... https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brink_(dorpsplein) --Just2correct (talk) 13:28, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
