I've never heard of this genre, I have sincere doubts as to whether or not it actually exists. Anyone else care to weigh in? Alex

Me neither. Even "twee pop" I've only heard of in articles. I've never heard anyone actually say it. James

I have never heard of this genre. I am familiar with twee-pop though and I suspect that sub-pop came about because someone at the NME heard one band who had a slightly different take on twee-pop than everybody else did. Ive heard of twee-pop being referred to as shambling and cuddlecore as well!Motown Junkie 20:00, 20 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Never ever heard of it. And I consider myself fairly with it. Kinda shocked "sub pop" didn't immediately lead to the record label, if not a disambig since it would be what any normal person would be looking for under that search term. Can someone kill this page and patch it to the record label? - Randomj

On June 6, 2005, the article which was on this page was nominated for deletion. The VFD debate concluded that this page should be converted to a redirect to Sub Pop. Sjakkalle (Check!) 10:07, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)
