Wiley Ramsey Wiggins (born November 6, 1976)[1] is an American retired actor.

Biography[edit]

Wiggins was born in Austin, Texas.[1] At the age of 16, Wiggins starred in Richard Linklater's 1993 film Dazed and Confused. Wiggins had never planned on an acting career. He has said that he was leaving a coffee shop in Austin when a member of the film's casting department approached him on the street and asked him if he was interested in auditioning for a movie.[2]

Wiggins later starred in Linklater's Waking Life and C.M. Talkington's indie crime drama Love and a .45 with Renée Zellweger.[3]
