English[edit]

Hi. Please disambiguate English on your user page. For example, English. Thanks. RedWolf 02:56, Sep 3, 2004 (UTC)

Black pudding[edit]

I think ti-hoeh-koé is a kind of black pudding. It uses animal blood to suspend a "filler", in this case rice. It's true there's no sausage or meat, but it seems that having meat is not an essential part of the food. See also minnan:Talk:Ti-hoeh-koé. A-giau 03:39, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Thanks for your reply. I now believe black pudding/blutwurst/morcilla/etc. differ from pig's blood cake in one fundamental way: use of animal gut as casing. The Spanish morcilla also uses rice. A-giau 06:02, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
