Snowball III, along with Coltrane (cat) and Snowball V, was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Three cats which Lisa Simpson owned in a single episode of The Simpsons after Snowball II died. Two died summarily, and the whole debacle eventually ended with a self-aware retcon of "and let's pretend this never happened." I'm not sure if the original Snowball II deserves an article, much less these three. Delete. Ian Pugh 05:58, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete. They too are mentioned on the Simpsons characters list. They deserve no more. In fact, much of the point of these lists is to give these minor characters (and pets) enough mention to satisfy the fanatics without these breakout articles. -R. fiend 06:14, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • I think these are all from a single episode (?), in which case merging them into an article about that episode would be good. By the way, maybe I'm missing something, but why isn't there a Snowball IV? Everyking 20:54, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Keep. Familiar to millions and millions of viewers of this show. Simpsons is a mega-hit phenomenon. BTW, th reason there is no Snowball IV is that Coltrane was Lisa's fourth cat. (Even though Marge disliked the name, and thought it uncatlike.)Wiwaxia 05:02, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
