Better Photo

The current photo doesn't look representive of any celeriac i have seen in britain or europe. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.102.130.206 (talk) 15:21, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The image currently in use (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:C%C3%A9leri-rave-fendu.jpg) looks pretty much like normal (UK) Celeriac to me. Could you explain (or better yet, show) what you think it should look like? Quickos (talk) 22:45, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

recipes please

There is information on the web-site www.thinkvegetables.co.uk about how to cook with celeriac, although I should mention that neither the executive of Wikipedia nor its contributors can take responsibility for the content or implications of any external websites. Recipes aren't really encyclopedic content anyway - about the only time I think they could possibly be is when they're included as part of an article about a cookery book or a chef, but even then they should show something significant and unusual about that subject. Sorry. Quickos (talk) 22:45, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Added degrees Fahrenheit[edit]

I added a conversion of the degrees Celsius listed in the storage bit to degrees Fahrenheit. We still use the latter in America so it seems prudent to list both so people don't have to look it up or do the conversions. --Redwulf25 ci (talk) 04:21, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Knob celery?![edit]

Really? Surely that's a joke! Funny, but who on earth really calls it knob celery? Surely need a citation for that. Gymnophoria (talk) 09:55, 3 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

@Gymnophoria I'm about ten years too late on a reply to this one, but I have just added a reference for "knob celery". You can actually find a few online. Strugglehouse (talk) 18:51, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
