Adams?[edit]

Who exactly is that "Prof. Adams"? Does anyone know?

adams did not coin the phrase political science[edit]

example of usage in april 1929:

Wikipedia is the only place I can find where Herbert Baxter Adams is given credit for coming up with the phrase Political Science.
