I feel that the addition of Wheeler as an Admin would be a good idea. He has been on Wiki for quite some time now, and brings balance to many controversial articles. He has also been a prolific contributor to articles. TDC 02:00, Apr 26, 2004 (UTC)

  12. john 05:35, 28 Apr 2004 (UTC). Strongly oppose. Most of his edits serve to push a very idiosyncratic POV, and he is largely incapable of meaningful discussion on talk pages.
  13. AndyL 06:26, 28 Apr 2004 (UTC)WHEELER's heart is in the right place but his judgement is lacking. He's consistently shown an inability to distinguish between POV and NPOV and he also seems far too tempermental and thin-skinned for adminship.
  14. Strongly oppose. WHEELER often cannot distinguish between POV and NPOV, and I'm not sure whether it's because he is prejudiced or whether his poor English expression does not allow him to apply quotes or other "distanciation" devices where they should. It may be possible that he is consciously pushing his political views. It's almost impossible to have a discussion with him on the talk pages, for he's often incoherent; besides, he's very thin-skinned and routinely engages in gratuitous personal attacks.
