Welcome[edit]

Hey, I saw your post in the new user log and also noticed your link to a MUSH. I'm almost 20 and from the time I was 13 until the time I was 17 I played MUSHes (specifically MUXes, I liked their programming language better but as you know the concept is identical and interchangable) and haven't thought about them since. Seeing you talk about them really brought back some good memories, so thanks! And welcome, and if you have any questions please ask. - [[User:Defunkt|Defunkt (talk)]] 00:47, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Ah, cool! I've only really known about MU*s since December last year, and while I've done some research, I still don't know a lot about them. But that will change, yes... What MUXes did you play on? (It would be interesting to know if I knew of any of them. X)) Talec 07:17, 6 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Oh man, let me think...I was on Star Wars MUSH, Clone Wars MUSH, ChaoticMUX, SuperMUX, and Heroes & Villains for sure. Those were the big ones and I could go on for a while talking extensively about them, which makes me wonder if I should write solid articles (or one in-depth article) for them and give MU*s a stronger presence here. But, I digress. I was on a lot of other ones whose names I forget but themes I remember...I played on a lot of comic book MU*s, a lot of Star Wars ones, a few apocalypse/armaggedon/angelsvsdemons ones, a few cyberpunk ones, and one or two original sci-fi ones. I was also a wizard on 20+ MU*s, some of them never getting past the initial login after installation and some of them, like Heroes & Villains (comic book themed), with 50 - 80 users connected during peak hours. SuperMUX, which I listed as one of the big ones, was a comic book themed MU* that I and a group of dissenting Heroes & Villains administrators and staff members started. We got a respectable user base and I was proud of that. This was all a long time ago, though. Any sound familiar? Probably way before your time... :) - [[User:Defunkt|Defunkt (talk)]] 02:12, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Thanks for the tweak[edit]

Thanks for the little snippet of info regarding the Berserk Fury. (Actually, looking at what you've done in the past, thanks for writing the List of Zoids and getting the ball rolling!).

Seeing as your talk page claims you have at least a mild interest in Zoids, I have a proposition. If you have some time, could you wander over to the Zoids expansion project a couple of us are trying to get off the ground, and see if you're interested in contributing and info, photos, good sources, etc?

Any questions or offers of assistance, either leave a note on the project's talk page, or on my own talk page. Hope to hear from you. - Saberwyn 12:10, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I was clearing out Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Pennsylvania. I added this template to your page. Feel free to remove it, and thanks for understanding. --evrik 04:40, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Zabat[edit]

I have nominated Zabat, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zabat. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
