The definition of G-Section was inherient within the architecture of the building I placed about the 1890's or about just previous or early WWI.

"The economy in the 1910s was very good. Supervisory jobs went up by 66%. Jobs in transportation, mining, and manufacturing went up by 27%" hunh?? Where? In what country? Globally? What a bizarre passage! And "up by" compared to what period?

  I agree; this summation of the world economy is in reality a summary of the economies of non-globalized national entities and empires.

The selection of notable events in the montage[edit]

We need to reach a consensus on the final selection of images included in the 1910s montage on the top of the page through a discussion (and not through edit wars) which would include (hopefully) many Wikipedians.

The current montage is composed of the following images:

A collapse in morale ???[edit]

The decade was also a period of revolution in a number of countries. The Mexican Revolution spear-headed the trend in November 1910, which led to the ousting of dictator Porfirio Diaz, developing into a civil war that dragged on until mid-1920, not long after a new Mexican Constitution was signed and ratified. Russia also had a similar fate, since World War I led to a collapse in morale as well as to economic chaos.

This sentence seems weird to me. What is morale doing in there ? We're talking about history, no ?N@ldo (talk) 21:23, 7 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

20th century[edit]

The second decade of the 20th century began on 1 january 1911 and ended 31st December 1920. The problem is that 1900 seems to belong to the 1900s as well as the 19th century. Rwood128 (talk) 11:37, 7 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
