Were there only three? There won't be anymore, right? This is not a list! :-> It will be a stub for an eternity. It is better merged into Governor-General of the Irish Free State (like what is done with US president, which, note, has a longer, ungoing list). --Menchi (Talk)â 04:38, 14 Dec 2003 (UTC)

I was just putting together a list for the list of incumbents page. There were a lot of offices that had only a handful of holders (eg, 2 Presidents of the Executive Council, 3 governors-general, 2 príomh Áire, 3 Presidents of the Republic, etc.) but they may need to be referenced separately as they refer to different, sometimes competing, constitutional systems. Not all of the lists on the incumbents page has the word "list" in its title. A good number of them are actually articles, such as President of the People's Republic of China. All offices with only a handful of holders and with their own articles should not have separate lists. I don't see why this shouldn't be merged. --Jiang | Talk 07:24, 15 Dec 2003 (UTC)
