Winograd's take on it[edit]

From his page (linked at the bottom of the article) it doesn't seem like he's "distnaced himself" from SHRDLU. Also, he links to a Wikiverse copy of our article on SHRDLU, not ours. Wikiverse is really getting to be a problem. JesseW 09:20, 25 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Images[edit]

Anyone have an image of the blocks world for this article? Perhaps something like the first few images found by a GIS. — Loadmaster 21:21, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Upper Case Dialog[edit]

Personally, I rather like the uppercase, fixed font dialog. It reminds us that this was printed out on mechanical teleprinters. Will change later if people do not object. Tuntable (talk) 01:20, 30 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Link to a recent replication of SHRDLU?[edit]

Hi,

I have been working on a rule-based natural language engine, and as a test case I worked 4 years on a replication of the historical SHRDLU dialog, in this Go-based system. I plan to continue to improve the system. Can I interest you to place a reference to this demo and project in the external links?

I added the reference myself. I hope nobody minds. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:A462:BCBD:1:1FCF:20D3:6058:B7C5 (talk) 15:05, 16 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
